Just a heads-up, though: that power means you’ve got to set up the electrical side right. A 400V circuit needs proper insulation and termination, and you have to manage the initial surge of power when it starts up.
Built to Last
The quartz tube is the real hero here. It can handle the shock of going from cold to scorching hot, over and over again, without cracking. We also added a reflective coating on the outside to push all that infrared energy forward. That means more efficiency for you and less stray heat that could mess with other parts of your machine. Inside, the halogen cycle keeps the filament clean and stable over time. No dimming. No blackening. Just steady, reliable output. And for the connection, we went with an R7s connector. It’s the standard for this kind of heater, and for good reason. The double-ended pins lock in securely, the polarity is straightforward, and swapping one out is a breeze. When a machine runs non-stop, you need that kind of easy maintenance. Just pop it in, line up the pins, and clamp it down.
How It Actually Works for You

Just keep one thing in mind: all that power comes with heat. You’ll need to plan for proper cooling and shielding around the lamp. There’s going to be significant ambient heat, so you have to set up your airflow and guards accordingly.
