Here’s how it fits into your machine. We size the output to match the geometry, so you get heat that lands where you need it, with the density you expect. Most setups run at high voltage—often 400V—so you can pack a lot of power into a compact tube. Take a 300mm length, for example. It’s short enough to slip into tight spots, yet long enough to cover a useful heating area. The wattage is chosen to hit your temperature quickly—fast ramp-up, but controlled enough that you don’t overshoot.

Carbon fiber elements give you consistent resistance with low thermal mass. In plain terms, the lamp heats fast and cools fast. So your process stays repeatable, cycle after cycle. Plan your airflow and spacing. If you don’t, the lamp and nearby components will run hotter than they should.
